A day to dress up... searching for the right outfit... nothing fits. No, seriously, NOTHING fits. I have outgrown most of my clothes. Off to the mall to get the kid and myself something to wear. Try on one outfit, then two, finally the third looks good BUT OH MY GOODNESS it's a next size up! What the heck? When did this happen? How did this happen? And the biggest questions, how am I going to change it? This is unacceptable.
So here it is... THE PLAN. Workout 6 days a week - couch to 5k / power 90 alternating days. Along with tracking food on the lose it app. Totally doable. Now, let's get it done.
